Description of risk: People may can cut if they not notice the broken seat and may cause bleeding.

Name of Hazard: Obstacles
Description of risk: People may trip over the obstacle as there is no label showing there is a potrusion on the ground. If they trip it can cause bruises or cuts.

Name of Hazard: Low ceiling
Description of risk: When people stand up they may hit the ceiling. It can cause head concusion or bruises.

Name of hazard: Uncovered plug
Description of risk: Students may horse play and take sharp objects to plug in circuit and it may cause electric shock causing burns or even death.

Description of risk: Overcharge of plugs may cause overheat and can cause fires It may lead to death and fumes may cause respiratory problems.

Description of risk : It slows down the process of rescue , when there’s fire breakout. This will lead to more casualties .

Description of Hazard : Students may be mischievous and enter room that contains flammable and explosive gases and it may pose great danger and they may be greatly injured if gases explodes and may lead to death.
