Risk Management team

RM LEADER: Zermane Ruth

The RM Team leader should have direct access to the Employer or shall be at least a senior member of the workplace.

The RM team leader shall be competent for the task. Having attended a RM course conducted by a MOM Approved Training Provider or equivalent is sufficient demonstration of the fact.


RA LEADER: Mark Koh

The RA Team Leader shall be competent for the task before leading the RA team. Having attended a RM course conducted by a MOM Approved Training Provider or equivalent is sufficient demonstration of the fact.

Provide regular updates to the Employer, preferably monthly but no less than once a year, regarding appropriate risk control measures implemented to reduce or eliminate risks identified. Obtain approval from the Employer or the designated Manager for the implementation of risk control measures. Assist the Employer to ensure that the Risk Register is prepared in accordance to this CP.


RA LEADER: Lian Zi Yang

The RA Leader have the capabilities to forms a RA Team. He or she should lead and coordinate RA implementation . Other than just forming the team, provide updates to RM Team on RA implementation and risk control measures is needed as well.The RA Leader should determine the most appropriate way(s) of identifying the hazards.


SGSecure Representative: Nur Bahirah

-serves as the Point of Contact (POC) with the authorities. 

-during peacetime, he/she can champion SGSecure and assist the employer to implement SGSecure initiatives as recommended in the SGSecure Guide for Workplaces.  

-during times of crisis, he/she could be in contact with the authorities and mobilise the workforce to respond to terror attacks.  


RM Member: Sean

– is responsible for the overall RM direction and activities of the company – sets RM objectives – determines the scope and boundaries of the RA (e.g., department, functional area or work activity) – determines which hazards are to be reviewed monthly


RM Member: ToonSiang

–RM Team appoints the RA Leader when more teams are required to conduct RA

–assigns RA Teams to conduct RA for specific areas

–if an organisation requires only one team, RM team and can also function as an RA Team by holding two appointments simultaneously


RM LEADER: Yi Fong

– is responsible for the overall RM direction and activities of the company – sets RM objectives

–assigns RA Teams to conduct RA for specific areas
