The processes that take place are Safety Audit, Workplace inspection, Job Safety Analysis. Firstly, Safety Audits monitor all activities performed on site and in particular behavior and the unsafe act of personnel and their relationship to compliance with safety rules. Secondly, Work Inspection involves the equipment and WSH inspection checklist. Through work inspection, able to gain a thorough understanding of job and task, identifying existing and potential hazards and determine the underlying cause of hazards. Lastly, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is used to and identify specific hazards associated with a task and control measures required in a systematic and structured manner. It aims to look for all of the hazards associated with a job that may affect people’s safety, health, and environment.
